On the menu will be my take on Austin, Tx style breakfast tacos:

🥓 Bacon, egg, and cheese

🌶 Migas (eggs, onions, poblano peppers, crumbled tortilla chips, and cheese)

Both served on flour tortillas with a side of @carusoprovisions x Tripping Billy's hot or mild giardiniera salsa 🔥

I'll also be sampling and selling jars of the salsa as well, so come through and grab a taco or two while you shop at COE!
